Buying Artwork
My site isn't yet set up for e-commerce and online sales, but if you wish to buy a painting I am able to take payment either by BACS transfer or by an old-fashioned cheque. Please drop me an email if you are interested in making a purchase & we can then discuss & agree the best way to proceed.
Disclaimer
My paintings are photographed in natural light. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the colour rendering and brightness of the images on my website is as accurate as possible, this cannot take into account every individual device on which the site is viewed. Please therefore be aware that colours may vary to some extent from those you have seen online.
Postage & Packing
Prices on my website don't include postage & packing. Postage & packing costs will be calculated on a per-purchase basis, as they will depend on the size & weight of the package, and also potentially the destination. All artwork sent via the post will require a signature as proof of safe delivery/receipt.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a parcel that has been obviously damaged in transit please refuse delivery and let me know. If, on opening a package you find that the contents are damaged then please take clear photographs of the item & packaging and email them to me.
Returns & Refunds
I appreciate that buying artwork remotely means that you might not always be happy with your purchase once you get it into your home environment. In order to be as fair as possible I will offer refunds under the following conditions:
Returns & refunds will only be accepted if the returned artwork is in its original condition & shows no signs of damage, either to the artwork or the frame. You must bear the full cost of postage for the returned item/items - this will not be refunded. I recommend that you use recorded delivery/signed for postal service for your own peace of mind when returning artwork. As with purchases - refunds will be effected either via BACS transfer or by a cheque payment.
